Charles Phillips Oracle Adapting his Skills in a Different Company

Most things do not last forever. Though this may be a sorrowful line, nevertheless, looking at this with a more positive perspective gives one a bright ray of hope that there is a better future waiting for them, contributing the end of one, a learning experience for another. Mark Hurd, former CEO of HP took the position of Charles Phillips Oracle when he left the company. After leaving Oracle, he has been chosen as the new CEO of Infor, a computer company that sells and creates enterprise software.

Some may think that Phillips may be sulking at his departure from Oracle; however, others see it as an opportunity to make improvements with the financial and customer standing of the company. Infor really needed skills of a certain Charles Phillips Oracle because of the expertise in reading numerical data and reports, dissecting it into details, which benefits both the business and the customers in the end of the process. In short, Phillips’ skills are giving Infor an answer that has been in question for a while. How will a black box company have the confidence of interpreting data in a transparent manner? Phillips has been the answer to their problem where he adapted his skills in a different company.
